Admissions to Garden Manor Extended Care are arranged and coordinated on a seven day a week basis at your convenience through our admissions office. We encourage you to contact us to arrange a personal visit and a tour of our exceptional campus so that we may provide you with the resources you need to make the decision that is right for you and your loved one. Admissions are arranged from home, other senior health care and housing communities, emergency rooms, physician offices and hospitals. Many residents relocate to Garden Manor from other states. - Cheerful Attitudes Our goal is to help make the admissions process smooth and to assist with as many of the steps as we can. If admission is being arranged from home, we will work with you to ensure that required physician paperwork is completed in advance.
